90 Day Hair Challange

I am a person that is really big on HEALTHY hair!! But here recently, I began to get bored with my hair and decided to spice it up with a color change! Although I haven’t noticed any damage to my hair, I decided to implement a 90 day Hair Challange to boost the overall health and length of my hair.  So here is what my challenge will consist of: 90 days of It Works! Hair, Skin, and Nails vitamins, eight 8oz glasses of water daily, and a weekly hair regimen.

The Beginning

I will post progress pictures soon!

Basic Hair Regimen!

Cleanse-  I will be using sulfate free cowashes and shampoos.

Condition- I will condition every few days and deep condition once a week!

Moisturize- I will be using the trusted L.O.C method weekly and adding additional moisture daily!

Detangle- I will be detangling my hair while wet with a wide tooth comb to prevent breakage.

H20- Sadly, I am not a fan of water but I will be drinking at least eight 8oz glasses of water a day in addition to the It Works! Hair, Skin, and Nails vitamins!

Style- I will be wear styles that require little manipulation of my hair. My go to styles are wash-and-go’s and twist outs. I will be staying away from styles that require direct heat!

My over all goal is to maintain and improve the health of my color treated hair!  At the end of my 90 day Hair Challenge, I hope to be a lower back legnth! Wish me luck!
